Wellness is an important part of quality of life, and it's an important part of what RAISE provides for refugees and immigrants in Joplin, Missouri.

Our health director works to bridge the gap for health and medical services that are already provided in the area, but generally inaccessible for limited-English speakers. We provide training and workshops on how to practice preventative health, access healthcare, insurance, civics, and life skills and collaborate with other organizations to bring their expertise to those in need.
